At Suppliez Pro, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand, however, that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Below are the details of our return policy:

1. Return Window
Stocked Items: Customers have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for items that are regularly stocked by Suppliez Pro.

Special Order Items: Please note that special order items are not eligible for return. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before purchasing these items.

2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them. They must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a sellable condition. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by Suppliez Pro prior to being sent back. To request a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a 15 days.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
